Prozess erfolgt in Trommel- und Gestellanlagen mit durchschnittlichen Schichtdicken von 8\u03bcm mit Cr-VI- freien Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlungen in Transparent, Silber, Grau, Blau und Schwarz.<\/p>\n<p>Das Verfahren ist f\u00fcr leistungsstarken und anspruchsbezogenen Korrosionsschutz bei funktionellen Anforderungen im Hochtemperaturbereich erforderlich, wie sie im Motorraum entstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zink- Nickel- Beschichtung ist neben ihrer hohen Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit auch f\u00fcr ihre hohe Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber Abrieb (Schwingungen ausgesetzte Teile) und gegen\u00fcber Steinschlag (Unterbodenteile von Fahrzeugen) hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Haftfestigkeit von Gummi und die hohe Temperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit beim Vulkanisieren machen diese Beschichtung f\u00fcr Gummi- Metall- Anwendungen ideal, da die anf\u00e4ngliche Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit erhalten bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Duktilit\u00e4t von Zink- Nickel erweist sich bei der spezifischen Option dieser Anwendung (High Ductility) als ausgezeichnet und in der Standard- Version als angemessen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die gute Haftfestigkeit als Grundlage f\u00fcr Farben, Kathaforetische Tauchlackierung (KTL) und elektrophoretische Nachbehandlungen.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtig sind auch die Kompatibilit\u00e4tseigenschaften mit Aluminiummaterialien und eine der h\u00f6chsten Haftfestigkeiten auf Edelstahl.<\/p>\n<p>Zuletzt sei die hohe Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit erw\u00e4hnt, die der Zink- Lamellen- Beschichtung gleichzusetzen ist oder sie gar \u00fcbertrifft. Die anschlie\u00dfende Passivierung in Transparent, Silber, Grau, Blau oder Schwarz sch\u00fctzt die Zink- Nickel- Beschichtung gegen Wei\u00dfrost.<\/p>\n<p>Eine zus\u00e4tzliche Versiegelung (Topcoat) bei der Passivierung verschlie\u00dft mikrofeine Risse und Poren und garantiert die Einhaltung der Anforderungen zum Schutz vor Wei\u00dfrost.<\/p>\n<p>Die aufgebrachten Topcoats sind perfekt auf die vorhergehende Passivierung abgestimmt und erh\u00f6hen zus\u00e4tzlich den Schutz gegen Wei\u00dfrost. Au\u00dferdem verbessern sie den \u00e4sthetischen Aspekt und die Oberfl\u00e4chenh\u00e4rte der Beschichtung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Reibungsbeiwert und Anzugsdrehmoment f\u00fcr Verbindungselemente kann in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den internationalen Industrie- Standards der Automobilindustrie modifiziert werden, was \u00fcblicherweise durch Zusatzstoffe erreicht wird, die Teil der Topcoat- Konzepte selbst sind.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schichtdickenverteilung und das Eindringen in Innenr\u00e4ume sind sehr gut.<\/p>\n<p>Die Beschichtungsh\u00e4rte kann 450 HV erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit
