Phosphatierung ist eine chemische Umwandlung der Oberfl\u00e4che von Stahl, bei der durch einen schwachen S\u00e4ureangriff eine d\u00fcnne Phosphat- Schicht auf der Oberfl\u00e4che entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess erfolgt in Trommel- und Gestellanlagen mit Schichtdicken von 02 bis 8\u03bcm, wodurch ein dekorativer Aspekt erreicht wird, der zwischen Grau und Schwarz variieren kann.<br \/>\nDer gesamte Prozess ist CR VI- frei.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess ist erforderlich f\u00fcr Anwendungsbereiche wie Korrosionsschutz bei Lagerung (mit speziellen Rostschutz- \u00d6len), Kaltumformung, Verbesserung der Abriebbest\u00e4ndigkeit und der Vermeidung von Festfressen, Ger\u00e4usch- und Vibrationsreduzierung, Vorbehandlung f\u00fcr Farb- oder Polymerbeschichtungen und als hochwertige Vorbehandlung f\u00fcr Zink- Lamellen- Beschichtungen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Auftragsgewicht bel\u00e4uft sich auf 10 bis 20g \/ m\u00b2 bei feinkristallinen Schichten, bei denen wir die Rauigkeit der Beschichtung durch eine Abstimmung der Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe kontrollieren und regulieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Reibungsbeiwert und Anzugsdrehmoment f\u00fcr Verbindungselemente kann in einigen F\u00e4llen in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den internationalen Industrie- Standards der Automobilindustrie modifiziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verspr\u00f6dung der Beschichtung ist minimal und kann problemlos entspr\u00f6det werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verteilung der Beschichtung und die Schichtdicke sind auf dem gesamten Werkst\u00fcck vollkommen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig, da es sich um ein chemisches Verfahren handelt. In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der EU- Richtlinie 2003\/CE\/53 und der EU- Richtlinie \u00fcber Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4te (ROHS-
