After years of working with Customers with the highest requirements in the implementation of on-time delivery, we have built a culture of just-in-time deadlines with intervals of 8 hours up to a maximum of 72 hours, including logistics and transport in night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

TESTING
GHSA internally performs corrosion and climate testing in its laboratories and offers this service as as well the corresponding reports free of charge to its Customers, according to the guidelines set by them. Any other type of test is also offered free of charge if the product specifications require them: Metallography, X-Ray, Hardness, Roughness, Coefficient of Friction, etc.

WITH 3D PRINTING

GHSA gives the possibility of immediately quoting the finishes on Customer workpieces. You only need to send us your drawings in CAD and we offer the guarantee of being able to generate component feasibility much earlier than its serial manufacturing.

With this new system we have the ability to anticipate any coating issues, save costs in the process, manufacture tools in advance, and have an actual and fully functional sample.

APP TRACKING MATERIALS

GHSA offers its customers the latest technology for the monitoring of their components during the finishing process: With our material tracking APP, available in the private customer area and only with their personal password, our customers will be able to check online the situation their materials are in.

Receipt at our plant, start and end time of the manufacturing process, state of the material and the exact time of dispatch may be consulted online from your computer or mobile equipment, only by typing the reference or batch number of batch of your workpieces.
